We are always eager to welcome new patients. Still, you might wonder what you can expect when you trust us to care for your teeth and gums. Below, you will find information to help you prepare for your experience with us. If what you learn appeals to you, or if you have any questions contact us to schedule your first appointment or to learn more. We look forward to meeting you and to fulfilling all of your oral health needs!
After we give you a warm welcome and make sure that all of the necessary paperwork is in order, you will be escorted to our treatment area. We will chat with you about your goals and concerns so we can get on the same page. We may also capture some X-rays. Then, you will undergo a thorough oral examination by one of our talented doctors as well as a refreshing cleaning. Before you leave, we may ask you to schedule another appointment, whether it is for a recommended treatment or your next preventive checkup.
Prior to your appointment, please complete these new patient forms.
Dental insurance is a valuable resource that can help you afford the high-quality care that your smile deserves. It can allow you to attend preventive appointments at no out of pocket cost, and it is there as a financial safety net when you need major treatment. We are happy to accept payment from virtually any PPO plan, and we are in-network with Delta Dental. We will even suggest strategies to help you get the most out of your policy.
If you are unable to pay for the entirety of your treatment upfront, you may be able to break up the cost of your care into monthly payments. CareCredit is a financing company that offers a number of different plans, including ones that are completely interest-free. This is an excellent option for patients without insurance, those who need major procedures, and those who want to undergo elective treatments, such as cosmetic procedures.
We would like you to be informed about the cost of your treatment and payment options that are available to you so you can make the best decision for your health. Our treatment coordinator will provide you with some helpful information to assist in deciding which form of payment will work best for you. We accept checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), and debit cards.
