Effective February 13, 2026, The Center for Contemporary Dentistry will no longer be seeing patients at our Belmont, NH location. Our office has now closed. Our landlord chose not to renew our lease, making it so we are unable to continue to see patients at this location.

When is The Center for Contemporary Dentistry Closing?

Why is the office closing?
Our landlord has decided not to renew our lease, and we were given very little time to relocate our practice. This was unanticipated, and we were forced to make a decision we otherwise would not have chosen. Luckily as part of 42 North Dental, we have many “sister” practices in New Hampshire that we can direct our patients to for continued care.
Where are the doctors going? Can I still see them?
Our Dental Director Dr. Sumeet Panesar will continue seeing patients at Gentle Dental Derry. Dr. Werude Abdelhameid is continuing to care for patients at Gentle Dental Exeter.
You can be seen at any 42 North Dental affiliated location with records and x-rays immediately available, and no lapse in treatment.
I’d like to have my records transferred to a new dentist that’s not a 42 North Dental supported practice. What do I need to do?
At any time, if you need to transfer your records simply call our office directly at 603-524-3444 and a patient care representative will walk you through the process of requesting a records release. There will be no charge for this service. You can also be assured that we keep all records securely stored for 8 years as required by law, and you can request them at any time. There is no immediate rush or concern, and you can wait until you select and make an appointment with a new dentist.
What does this change mean for a current Center for Contemporary Dentistry patient?
When you visit a 42 North Dental supported office for your dental care, you continue to have access to specialists and expanded hours. Your records, x-rays, and treatment plans will be available seamlessly. There’s no additional action you need to take. If you choose to select another dentist, we will transfer your records free of charge. Your continued care is our priority, and we will do all we can to ensure you have a seamless transition.
It is not convenient for me to go to the Exeter or Derry office to continue to see my doctor. Where do I find information about the doctors at other neighboring practices?

What if the suggested locations are not convenient for me?
You can be seen seamlessly at any 42 North Dental supported offices including all Gentle Dental locations. Read more about the team at GentleDental.com. At the Concord and Manchester locations, our doctors can review your records and will work closely with the team from The Center for Contemporary Dentistry regarding treatment plans and continued care.
